Our reservations team will assist you with dates, pricing, and the booking process.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total rental amount) and your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. You will then receive a detailed booking confirmation.
The outstanding balance of your rental fee, along with applicable taxes and the security deposit, is typically due 60 days prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount is due upon confirmation.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers. Please note that credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.
Unless explicitly stated, quoted rates typically do not include the Turks and Caicos Government Accommodation Tax (currently 12%) and a 10% service charge. These will be added to your total rental cost.

Absolutely! We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and damage to personal belongings.
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM on your arrival day. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM on your departure day.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. These must be approved in advance by Coral Dreams Property Management.
A refundable security deposit (amount varies per villa) is required to cover any incidental charges, damages, excessive cleaning, or unauthorized use of services. It is typically refunded within 7-14 business days after your departure, provided no deductions are necessary.
Daily housekeeping is typically included in your rental, as specified in your booking confirmation. Specific schedules will be provided upon arrival.
Yes, basic utilities such as electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and cable TV are generally included. Please be mindful of excessive usage (e.g., leaving doors/windows open with AC on) as this may incur additional charges.
Generally, pets are not permitted. If you require an exception for a service animal, please inquire with us directly, as it may be subject to specific regulations and approval.
All our villas are strictly non-smoking indoors. A significant cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking inside is found.
The villas are for recreational, residential purposes only. Parties, events, or commercial activities are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by Coral Dreams Property Management prior to booking.
